The manifold above is known as the "Center Riser" manifold. It
replaced the MerCruiser "LOG" manifold for the 1983 model
year. The "log style" manifold has the riser at the back of the
manifold.
The Moore Performance manifolds are an exact replacement for
the 1983 - 2002 Mercruiser 305 and 350 Small Block Chevy
manifolds. The external dimensions are identical with all holes
drilled and tapped like the original manifolds. These
manifolds are available in either cast iron or aluminum. Both
the aluminum and cast iron manifolds have identical
dimensions. The aluminum manifolds are considerably lighter
(20 pounds versus 43 pounds).
