The V6 1-piece to 2-piece conversion kit includes two manifolds,
two 4 inch risers, two 4 inch rubber bellows, eight 4 inch hose
clamps, two exhaust pipes, two cylinder head to exhaust
manifold gaskets, two manifold to riser gaskets, eight riser to
manifold bolts, two water hose inlet fittings with drain plugs and
two aluminum anti-corrosion anodes (aluminum manifold and
risers only).

engines from 1983-2001. It is available with cast iron manifolds
and risers or aluminum manifolds and risers.

performance upgrade for the early MerCruiser V6 engines with
the cast iron manifolds and 3 inch risers.

The outlet dimensions on the new
replacement 2-piece exhaust manifold is
the same as the old 1-piece exhaust
manifold. They both measure 4 1/4 inches
long X 3 inches wide.
The lower exhaust bellows (on the left) is used on all 1983 and
newer sterndrives except for the V6 sterndrives with the 1-piece
exhaust manifolds. The 1-piece exhaust manifolds use the lower
exhaust bellows (on the right). When installing the 2-piece
manifold conversion kit you must reuse the original bellows (on the
right) MerCruiser # 32-80743358.

There is some confusion about changing
the Y-Pipe (photo at left) when installing
the 2-piece manifold conversion kit.
