Moore Performance believes that trust is an important component of
the service we provide to our customers. To ensure that we earn and
keep that trust, Moore Performance makes every effort to protect your
privacy and the confidentiality of your personal information. This Privacy
Policy describes the steps we take to make sure that when you
purchase from Moore Performance, you can focus on finding great
deals in a safe, worry-free environment.
Moore Performance retains your internet address for transaction
purposes only. We do not link internet addresses to any information
that could personally identify you to outside sources. This means that
the path of your Moore Performance purchase can be tracked, but you
will remain anonymous.
The use of certain Moore Performance features requires that you
supply personal information like your name, e-mail address or mailing
address. This information may be used to contact you about your
purchase.
Moore Performance has a strict policy against sharing or selling your
name, e-mail address or mailing address, except when we believe in
good faith that the law requires it, or to protect the rights, safety or
property of Moore Performance, our users, or others.
Shipping Policy for Moore Performance Products
We at Moore Performance have shipped thousands of parts to our
customers for many years. Our experiences have given us some
valuable lessons in shipping products.
Moore Performance strongly believes that shipping by UPS is the
absolute best method of delivering our products to our customers
within the lower 48 states.
Shipping products to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico is best done by the
US Post Office.
Very seldom do we ship outside of the USA. Please contact us directly
for shipping to other countries.
We combine shipping into one box if possible, keep in mind that
packages over 70 pounds require two UPS drivers for pick-up and
delivery and can cause a delay (and is not recommended).
Also packages over 100 pounds usually require a package stronger
than a corrugated box, usually a crate, and handling/crating charges will
apply (crating large orders is not recommended and we recommend
multiple smaller packages).
We find that shipping UPS ground is the most cost effective method of
delivery. Moore Performance has a business account with UPS. The
UPS account provides us with special prices not available to the
average person. Moore Performance charges our customers exactly
what we are charged by UPS, we do NOT make ANY profit on shipping!
Our competitors would like you to believe that they can ship for free!
Please keep in mind that UPS, Fed Ex and the US Post Office do not ship
for free. You are paying for the shipping (hidden) in the price of the
product.
We will gladly reimburse customers for return shipping if Moore
Performance has made a mistake in selling/shipping you the wrong
product or a defective product.
All returns must be accompanied by an original Moore Performance
invoice with the customers full name, address, phone number and
reason for return.
Return Policy for Moore Performance Products
Moore Performance will accept returned products within 30 days of the
invoice date.
They must be returned in “as new” condition and must not have been
installed.
Careful boxing of the product to arrive at Moore Performance without
shipping damage is the responsibility of the customer.
Return shipping charges will NOT be reimbursed to customers unless
incorrect parts were shipped/sold as a result of a mistake by Moore
Performance.
100% refund will be given when the part arrives within 30 days of sale,
in “as new” condition, never installed, and is accompanied by the
original invoice, customers full name, address, telephone number and
reason for return.
It is strongly suggested that the customer contact Moore Performance
before returning any parts.
Warranty Policy for Moore Performance Products
When Moore Performance sells parts manufactured by other companies
we are not responsible for the manufacturer’s warranty. We accept the
returned parts from our customers and then submit those parts to the
original manufacturer for warranty considerations.
We make every attempt to satisfy our customers in our negotiations
with the manufacturer. We can also supply manufacturers contact
information to our customers for direct negotiations. Under certain
circumstances we can supply the customer with a mailing address for
returning the product directly to the manufacturer for expedited
warranty claims during the busy boating season.
Products manufactured by Moore Performance are covered by a three
year warranty against manufacturer’s defects. This warranty is limited to
replacing (only) the defective product or refunding the original
purchase price, as determined by Moore Performance. Labor charges
as a result of warranty will not be reimbursed to the customer or
service personnel.
